Cymatics the study of how sound/vibration affect the structure of a medium. This process is easliy understood when looking at how sound frequencies affect the shape and structure of water. The patterns that each frequency create are called Chladni's figures. Many of these patterns can be found in nature, like the spots on a leopard or the pattern on a tortoise shell.

All is energy. All is vibration. All is frequncy. All is light. All is one.

528 Hz, known as the frequency of love, resonates in your heart space. The heart chakra is the center of your toroidal field, or energy body. This is the bridge between the upper and lower realms of existence, or the ChakrasThis frequency, used in the form of binaural beats, deepen your meditation. The binaural beats syncronize brain waves in the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

Our society has been left-brain polarized and masculine dominant for far too long. It is time humanity move back into balance with the feminine energy of the right brain and become whole again. This will allow us to be more in tune with nature's energies and restore the delicate balance of the natural world.

Meditation quiets the continuous chatter of the mind.

We do not realize negative "thought forms" have been programmed into the collective conciousness, or the hive mind. These thought forms can sneak into your mind in many different ways: social and religious programming, sociopathic people (see energy vampires), drug use, traumatic past experiences, and chemicals in processed foods.

Anything can be programmed into your mind and many things already have been programmed into your identity through social programming, distracting us from our true identity as spiritual beings having a human experience.

In the stillness of meditation you will discover things about yourself and find the right questions to ask yourself. Stop succumbing to fear and externalizing your power. Everything you need lies within. Gazing into your consciousness will reveal a third person perspective of your life experiences. This perspective is known as the "observer" and will teach and guide you. The observer perspective will reveal how to improve aspects of your daily life and bring clarity to your soul's purpose.

A good rule of thumb - Meditate for the same number of minutes as your current age. So, if you are 20 years old you should make it a goal to be able to meditate for 20 minutes at a time.

When you first start meditating it can be difficult to keep your mind silent for that length of time. Use these binural beats to help slow down your thoughts and move your energy/consciousness into your heart space and the present moment.

Sit up straight and focus on your breath.

If your chest is moving in and out then you are taking shallow breaths. Take gentle full-body breaths. Relax and breathe deep into you diaphragm (located below the heart in your solar plexus). Keep your tounge touching the roof of your mouth and breathe in and out through your nose.

Connect to the timeless, multidementional vibratory state of consciousness.
